As VP of Data & Analytics, I've built predictive analytics that drove multi-million-dollar renewals, stood up a company-wide internal analytics platform, and architected the RAG retrieval and LLM-judge systems behind automated content tagging. Before that, as VP of Data Science, I led distributed teams shipping ML and NLP products that added millions in recurring revenue.
I write here about agentic analytics: getting LLM agents to do real analytical work, and the harder problem underneath it — knowing when the answer is wrong.
